The restaurant food was good, and I had a good stay overall. It’s very close to the railway station and siddheswar temple. Rooms are on the small side but have all the amenities. The daily rate felt a bit high, but they allowed a full 24 hours between check-in and check-out, which is why I booked here.

The AC was set to 16 degrees and still didn’t cool the room. Food quality was awful, and they brought it uncovered. The bathroom was dusty, the furniture was terrible, and the staff were rude, arrogant, and completely undisciplined. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

The complimentary Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, so we couldn’t work or communicate reliably. The restaurant and dining area looked unhygienic, and what we could see of the kitchen raised food safety concerns. We decided not to eat there. The room was filthy too, with dust all over and obvious water damage on the walls. Worst of all, there were live pests on the bedsheets, and we refused to sleep in the bed. The place looked nothing like its photos on sites such as Goibibo. This was a deeply uncomfortable and disappointing stay. The hotel needs a serious clean and maintenance work, and its online listings need to be accurate. I’d advise against booking here.

We picked this hotel for its location near Solapur Railway Station because we had an early Vande Bharat train. I stayed with my family on 1st November, checking in around 7 PM and leaving at 5:15 AM on 2nd November. The Triple Bed AC Room was booked through MakeMyTrip for ₹2800. Being close to the station didn’t make up for how disappointing the stay was. We got three towels and soap, and the pure veg restaurant food tasted decent and was reasonably priced. But the service there was terrible. We ordered garlic naan and got plain naan; on a repeat order, we asked for roti and got naan again. My mother’s masala buttermilk never arrived during dinner. I went to the cashier to cancel it, and only then did they bring it. The washroom wasn’t clean, and the intercom didn’t work. The mattress was so weak and uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on wood. Staff had promised hot water from 4 AM, but it was only lukewarm, so we had to make do before leaving early. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially for a family trip or if you have an early departure. It wasn’t worth the cost or hassle.
