For what it costs, the room was comfortable and had the amenities I expected. The main room was tidy and arranged well, and the stay exceeded my expectations for this price range. The bathroom in my assigned room needed more cleaning, though, and the directions for getting inside could be marked more clearly. I was pleased with my overnight stay.
The food service was good, but the basic facilities were a letdown. The TV was there and, as usual, didn't work. The shower was broken, and there wasn't even a bucket in the bathroom, so I had to ask reception for one. The person bringing it acted as if I had to beg for a basic item. That attitude was unacceptable. This place just wasn't up to the mark.
Friendly staff made the stay easy, and the rooms were clean, hygienic, and comfortable. It's a decent budget option for business or leisure, with decent food not far from the city. I think this review can help others make the right choice.
The rooms are spacious, with a good build and a nice bathroom, but they need proper upkeep and cleaning. Mine was dirty, which I didn't like. Also, the manager should try not to lose their temper so quickly, since it affects the hotel's reputation. The hotel itself is on the mall's top floor, converted from that space.
The area is really nice, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, including Domino's, fat tiger, and junglee multicusine restro. The hotel is at the top of esspace, and the price is fair. Rooms are big enough, with large bathrooms, and the beds have plenty of space, but the blankets are very poor quality. The rooms also seem old and smell bad, so they need improvement.
