There are no phones in the rooms or hooks in the bathrooms. We placed a room service food order, then after 30 minutes were told the food wasn’t available. They didn’t even refill the complimentary water bottle each day. They take your money, then seem to forget they’re meant to provide the services you paid for. I strongly recommend not booking here.

We stayed at TMR residency on Nov 22nd & Nov 23rd for a relative’s marriage. The room size was okay, but the bed linen, sheets, pillows, and pillow covers were horrible. The towels were the worst, and my son developed rashes all over his body. Keep this hotel as a last option, if possible.

The bathroom was dirty, the room wasn’t clean, and I found cockroaches. They charge a lot but provide no service. Other hotels where I’ve stayed in deluxe rooms for more than a day gave water bottles every 24 hours. Here we got just two bottles for 48 hours, which makes no sense. There was no kettle or tea and coffee bags either. Worst hotel ever.

Good rooms, good service, and a prime location. Nothing bad to say.

Parking was plentiful, with security there around the clock, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere near Palpannai junction. Our room was very spacious, with steady air conditioning and hot water, and there was a lift. Annavasal, the attached restaurant, was roomy too. The food was good, including the complimentary South Indian breakfast, and the coffee was especially nice.
