Hotel White Tulip

The rooms are reasonably priced and the service is decent. Keep your expectations in line with the setting: it’s in a village near the airport, right on the main road, so trucks can make it a little noisy sometimes. It’s best suited to people staying for the airport or JRN University. The in-house restaurant and power backup depend on occupancy.

The breakfast was included and was so good, really a full meal. We also had lunch at the hotel the next day at an affordable price, and my son enjoyed swimming with ‘Garama garam lajawab pakode’. I stayed with my son at Hotel White Tulip, Udaipur in February 2020. We arrived at 11:30 p.m., but the staff welcomed us warmly. Our room felt spacious and secure, and the bathroom and wash basin were clean. The towels, sheets, blankets, and pillow covers were white and dry cleaned. Room service was prompt and focused on customers, and the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. We’ll visit again on our next trip to Udaipur.

We chose this hotel because it was near the airport, but after staying there, I didn’t find it worth it. The staff were good, but the place was unhygienic. There was no cleanliness, no hot water, and no water in the flush tank either. Please improve the rooms so more people will stay. Thanks.

The food was costly and not tasty, and the services were overpriced too. We regretted choosing this hotel. The rooms and common areas were dirty when we arrived, with dust everywhere in the shared spaces and filthy bathrooms. At dinner, we even found cockroaches in the roti basket. On top of all that, the location they gave us was wrong. Nothing was up to the mark. Avoid this place, even if you’re offered a free stay.
