The location was mind-blowing, right in front of or behind Mahakal Temple, and the temple gate was barely a 30sec walk away. Rooms were near and clean, well furnished, and properly serviced every day. The lift worked, so it wasn't a problem for older family members. Manager Ravi treated us like a younger brother and gave us great support. The staff were smiling and super supportive, and it felt like staying at my own home. The restaurant food was good, and the restaurant staff were lovely too. It was a pleasant stay and money worthy.

I picked this place for its proximity to the Avantika Gate of Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Mandir, but the rooms were utterly dirty. Complaining didn't lead to any action. The room and washroom smelled bad, there was a layer of dust on the fan, and a stainless steel lunch box was left there, with no idea how long it had been. The washrooms are connected to the adjacent rooms, so even with our door closed, we could hear someone vomiting the whole time. Cockroaches and nymphs seemed to be the only attendants.

The location is the best part, exactly in front of mahakaal temple, with the main spots within walking distance. The room was good, and the restaurant food was delicious. I had a good experience overall. You can go for it❤️🙏🏻😊👍🏻

You get a great view of mahakaleshwar madir from right in front of the hotel. You can't get entry during bhasma aarti or shayan aarti, but you can watch them from your hotel on the led tv. I'd recommend this place.

It's not clean at all, and it isn't a 4 star hotel. The bathroom was very dirty and had cockroaches. The bathrooms are connected, so you can hear what's happening in the other rooms' bathrooms too. This is one of the worst hotels I've been to, and I wouldn't recommend it.
