Treebo Tryst Vakkom Palazzo

We spent two days at Vakkom Palazzo for an official meeting and function with around 60 people. The rate was reasonable, and the service stayed excellent throughout. The buffet had tasty food and a nice range of dishes. Rooms were tidy and well kept, and the clean, clear pool made it easy to relax. We also enjoyed the beautiful backwater view, with houseboat rides, speed boat rides, and kayaking available. A memorable stay that worked well for both our event and leisure.

I was trying to arrange a day activity and stay for 50 people, but getting a response turned into a two-day lesson in patience. Each time someone answered, they confidently promised a callback in 5-10 minutes. None came, despite my calls yesterday and today, and sometimes nobody answered at all. They were remarkably consistent about being unavailable. After I raised my voice and complained, I was given a number to call myself. When I finally reached the person handling it, he seemed very determined not to take my business. It felt almost as if I were trying to force a booking. This was a ₹2.3 lakh package for 50 reputed managers from a professional institution, including the stay, food, and dinner. We booked Lakeview Hotel, Kadinamkulam instead, where answering calls and welcoming customers still seem part of hospitality. This resort lost not just one customer but 50, along with potential referrals, since the experience has already been shared widely in our group. Owners, the resort may look beautiful, but the enquiry team makes sure people don't get to experience it. Highly recommended if you like chasing businesses that don't want your money. ⭐

Coordinator Vijitha was especially friendly and supportive, and handled everything so well that our day was even more memorable. The facilities were neat and comfortable, and the service ran smoothly from beginning to end. I had a lovely day out at Vakkom Palazzo with family and friends. The calm, beautiful ambience made it a great place to relax. A refreshing getaway, highly recommended.

The boating was the best part of our one-day staff outing, a refreshing chance for everyone to unwind together. We all enjoyed the food too, with lots of variety and great taste. It was well organized, and we came away relaxed, closer as a group, and with great memories.
