We booked through go bibo after calling the hotel about arriving early, around 8am depending on when our train got in. They confirmed there'd be no issue, even though the listed check-in time was 12pm. With my family there, they first said no room was available, then put us in a room but wouldn't give us the key, and later said they'd arrange another one. After an hour, we asked again because we were getting late for simhachalam temple. They moved us to a different room that was in terrible condition, with a damaged false ceiling, seepage, and a cot whose outer layer was badly torn by pests. Because we were already late, I had to stay there to freshen up at 940 am, then we left the hotel. The next day, one of their employees knocked promptly at 815 am and told us to vacate because our stay was over.

The support staff were irresponsible and unresponsive. The rooms were dirty, with bedbugs in the beds, ACs and the geyser not working, and stains and fungus on the walls, roofs, and curtains. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

The rooms look poorly maintained for such a high price. The walls and beds need upgrading, and the bedsheets are torn.

Cockroaches and bed bugs all over, with dirty rooms and poor service. The AC and geysers don't work. Nothing about the rooms is good.

I attended a function on the 2nd floor but didn't stay at the hotel. There are two function halls, on the 1st and 2nd floors. The hall was excellent for celebrations like birthdays.
