We stayed four nights as three families and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms and the location near a shopping mall worked well, but what stood out most was the food and the service. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, and after each meal we felt we'd eaten too much. The food was fantastic, and it came with quick, attentive service. The staff were also very good with the kids and handled all our requests. Service was strong everywhere, from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant. Sai Lakshmi at reception, Sravan and Nayak in the restaurant, and Mr. Mohan all went above and beyond. Several other people helped too, though I can't remember everyone's names. We'd stay here again if we come back to Vizag.

I spent three days here with my husband and our 2.5-year-old, and the staff were kind and supportive throughout. Chef Hamid made food for our child just as we asked, and Mr. Rocky, Ms. Sangita, Ms. Sagarika, and Ms. Shreya from the restaurant, along with Akhil bhaiya from housekeeping, gave us such thoughtful service. I really appreciate all their effort. Our little one sends special thanks and love to everyone at the hotel.

At The Eatery, breakfast had a great selection and the food was excellent. Murthy served us this morning, and his warmth, attention, and genuine hospitality made it especially memorable. Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Vizag. Service like that really makes a difference. Highly recommend it for a visit to Vizag.

Clean throughout, with a comfortable bed and pillows and excellent housekeeping. Even the bath towel is light, so it doesn't weigh you down when drying off. A luxurious stay that felt worth the money.

The pool was clean and hygienic, and the interiors looked really good. The staff were the most polite I've met in Vizag. I also got complimentary breakfast even though I hadn't booked it in advance. Had a great experience here.
