The staff were friendly, and I feel sorry for the state of this hotel, but it’s old and not clean, with no maintenance. The elevators are dangerous and work only sometimes. In my room, the safe and TV didn’t work, and the view from my window was awful. Birds fell into the window area like a trap and died. The room isn’t soundproof, and air comes in even when the windows are closed. Breakfast was poor, and the elevators always smelled of smoke.

The hotel’s only good point is its very high level of security. It’s extremely overpriced, and the staff seemed incompetent and unprofessional. There was a strong diesel generator smell, and the breakfast made me sick to my stomach for several days.

The staff were friendly, and that’s why I gave one star. The place feels like it’s from the 60s and needs a lot of renovation. The food was disgusting, and the rooms were barely clean. There’s a club right down the hotel, which will make your life a living hell if you’re trying to sleep. They also add 3.75% to the bill when you pay by card. Regards.

It’s an old but decent hotel to stay in. The breakfast wasn’t great, though the chef will make what you want. You need to ask housekeeping to clean, and the staff are helpful and ready to provide what you need.

The renovation wasn’t done to a high standard, and housekeeping doesn’t meet today’s expectations. When I checked in and got to my room, I saw hair on the pillows and bedsheets, which shouldn’t happen in a 5-star hotel. I checked out at 6 AM, but couldn’t get breakfast because the restaurant wasn’t ready to serve.
