International Palestine Hotel

The breakfast was poor, and it seemed like it might have been cooked days earlier. The rooms are old and dirty, and the doors are broken enough to open at any time. They only accept cash and refuse to give receipts. I can’t recommend this place at all. Even one star seems more than it deserves.

Whenever I’m in Baghdad, I stay here. The staff are friendly, well behaved, and well mannered, and room service is excellent. The breakfast is wonderful, with a spread I haven’t seen even at a five-star hotel. It’s also close to Karada area for local shopping, and there’s a street food strip nearby. For me, it’s the best place to stay.

The breakfast was good, but otherwise it’s an average hotel with ordinary service and nothing that stands out. The rooms look very old.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families because parties are held on the ground floor. We booked six days after the cashier promised to refund us if we were bothered and left early. When we decided to leave on the second day, he made a scene and refused; even after we contacted the manager, he did nothing to resolve it. It left us feeling like they were a group of thieves. As a Muslim, I also found the toilet setup really unsuitable. For more honest and sincere treatment, I’d advise anyone reading this to choose another hotel.
