Hayali Suites has a quiet, central location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and important areas around Erbil, so it works well for business or leisure. My suite felt like a home away from home, with a good kitchenette, modern amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. It was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately clean. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived and paid close attention to the details. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The place was nice and clean, the service was good, and the staff were cool. But I have to say the woman managing it wasn’t qualified for the role. We understand that hotels, and some countries, have their own policies. Still, customers have the right to know the rules before signing a contract. You can’t impose a policy without telling them. She didn’t respect our rights and spoke rudely about our privacy, which reflects badly on the hotel. She never apologized.
