We came from Dubai to sulemani and had the same best experience. The staff were amazing and so kind. Arith from housekeeping especially made our experience friendly.

I had a truly wonderful night here, with a delicious dinner and a breathtaking 360-degree view. The staff gave outstanding service, and I especially want to thank Nama and Golan at reception for their respect, appreciation of guests, and excellent service. We left feeling completely cheated after a stay that cost over $500. We even moved to another hotel for our third night, and it was on an entirely different level. There are plenty of better hotels in Slemani for service and value. This was meant to be our wedding stay, so we arrived excited and expecting something special. The day before booking, we went to the hotel and were quoted more than the prices online. They strongly pushed us to book directly, which we reluctantly did. We told receptionist Dlovan it was for our wedding, but there was no complimentary gesture. Instead, we paid more for the room and then another $30 for a “decoration service.” That turned out to be a few red towels folded into a heart and rose petals scattered around. We felt misled, especially since the room itself was poorly kept, with a big tear in the headboard and a stained sofa. Breakfast was another disappointment. The continental selection was decent, but we found hairs in both the coffee and the food. Staff seemed disengaged and inattentive. The service, attention to detail, and basic hospitality training were badly lacking. Management should review its practices and train the staff in customer service, though from what we experienced, it seems unlikely they care.
