The building is lovely, especially at night, which makes the poor upkeep and service all the more disappointing. Breakfast was fine, but the other food was only average. During our four days, the elevator broke twice and the staff didn't seem concerned. One morning they swept the yard while guests were still eating breakfast, sending dust everywhere. When we arrived, they'd switched our booked room and denied it until we insisted on canceling. Such a shame for a place this beautiful.

Dad Hotel is my pick if you want to stay somewhere traditional in Yazd and feel comfortable. I've stayed in other Yazd hotels, and the service here stood out. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive to what we needed. The hotel was also really clean, and they clearly pay attention to the details.

We had a quiet two-night stay, which suited the season, and the location made it easy to reach most of timeless Yazd's attractions. The hotel's beauty was the best part. Cleanliness and breakfast were both good enough for a four-star hotel. The parking and elevators could use improvement.

Everything went smoothly during our stay. The staff were good, the parking facilities were solid, and the hotel was clean throughout. We came away very pleased and would highly recommend it.
