The stairs make this hotel unsuitable for disabled guests. The shower area was tiny, there was no sound isolation between rooms, and at breakfast the only tea available was Earl Gray teabags, with no traditional tea. Still, I really enjoyed my stay. It's a cozy historic place amid picturesque streets, a short walk from the bazaar and sightseeing area. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Arya for making our stay pleasant 🙌

I came back a year later and picked my favorite room again, but I won't tell you the number :) This time the hotel management gave me a gift, which I really appreciate and want to thank them for publicly. I wish I could've stayed longer. The place is clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi is good, and the staff are nice.

We travelled as a family, and my mom uses a wheelchair. The staff looked after us as well as they could, especially Fardin at reception, who was so attentive and kind. The food here was the tastiest we had, even after trying places in several other Iranian cities with well-known food. This was our second stay at Laleh Hotel in Yazd, four years after the first. If we come back, we'll choose it again. Second to none for sure. Fardin deserves a raise.

For the price, the service is great. The rooms are clean and come with things like a toothbrush, and both lunch and breakfast are good.

On a cold, windy night in November, our room felt cozy, and the courtyard fountain was soothing. The place has an old mud-brick palace style, with lots of character in the rooms. Staff were very helpful, and the free Wi-Fi was very good. We ate at the restaurant too. I had the Dizi, which was superb.
