The room was comfortable and quiet, and the whale watching center is very close. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick, and the helpful host was accommodating. Breakfast, a washing machine, and a dryer are included. The facilities can fit all the guests, though it may feel different if everyone is using them at once.

We came for one night and ended up staying longer because we liked it so much. This is a cozy, intimate guesthouse with comfy beds and a well-equipped, practical kitchen in central Húsavík. The restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away on foot, or even closer by car. I recommend staying here.

We found the common area so lovely that we wanted to spend more time there. The house is a historic one, said to be the third house in Husavik, and it’s in a very convenient spot. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen has plenty of utensils and other supplies. Breakfast is included, with lots of things set out by the owner. There’s laundry too, and parking beside the guesthouse if you’re driving. I had a wonderful night here. I called the owner, who arrived within five minutes, showed us around, and left. He was friendly and good. Recommended.

We found the place comfortable and welcoming, and the fridge being full was a real lifesaver. The stairs to the upstairs room are very narrow if you’re carrying a suitcase.

Takk fyrir for an unforgettable vacation! This cozy, interesting place feels very Icelandic :) It has laundry, a drying machine, Wi-Fi and more, with everything you need for a lovely stay in Husavik. It’s close to all the town’s facilities.
