We enjoyed the breakfast, which cost about 25 CHF per person, with lots of fruit and a broad choice of skyr, bread, and eggs. Reception staff were friendly and glad to share information. The rooms felt a bit old, but they were clean and quiet. Indoor parking costs extra. There are plenty of free spaces across the street, and a public car park about a two-minute walk away.

The breakfast display was great 👌. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and take time to accommodate what you need. The hotel feels more welcoming than some of the others. The WLAN does need attention, though.

The rooms are a good size by European standards, and the place is clean and comfortable. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, while downtown and its attractions take about 20-30 minutes to reach on foot.

A cute little hotel with convenience stores nearby and a good location. Downtown is about 15 minutes away, and there’s a park just down the street. The family suite would be perfect if you’re traveling with kids.

The staff were so kind, helping with all sorts of things, from sending postcards to answering questions about the city and where to eat. The location was also great, and I didn’t need to rent a car to see the city. I stayed two nights, and the accommodations were affordable and immaculate. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Iceland, but the staff here were absolutely amazing. I’d give more than five stars if I could.
