Inside the apartment, the mattresses and walls with mold were dirty, and the kitchen was barely equipped: there was just one fork and one spoon for the whole flat, no other utensils or supplies. We also got only one toilet roll for the entire week and had to buy what we needed for daily use. Although the residence has a pool, we weren't told in advance that swimming caps were required. Leaving was another problem. We had agreed to go at 7am on our last day, but nobody showed up, so we waited more than two hours for our deposit. Someone finally answered the phone at 9am, even though they were meant to be available from 8:30. Communication had been fine at first. From outside the place looks nice and clean, but we wouldn't recommend staying here.

No air conditioning or internet, and there were exposed wires from a broken electrical installation. The place was dirty and unpleasant, and both the staff and manager were rude. I'm not going back.

For something this old, it's in incredible condition.

We had to manage most of the stay ourselves, though the handyman really went out of his way to help. The bathroom kept flooding because the bidet was broken, and the kitchen was missing all the utensils we needed. We were also expecting fresh bathroom linens, but they didn't arrive, so I had to ask for a change. On top of that, the stay cost more than the price we had been quoted. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

We left after the first night and moved to a hotel in the same group, where we loved the rest of our vacation. We'd booked a week here, but the apartments felt run-down and in real need of maintenance. There's no air conditioning. That might be manageable upstairs with the windows open at night, but on the ground floor you'd be in full view of other guests. The pool didn't feel inviting, and there was hardly any room around it. With more care and investment, this could be a lovely family place. It's a shame about the farmhouse, though I hope the owners restore it to its former glory soon.
