The kids spent hours at the playground and had a great time in the pool, and getting around by bus was much easier than driving. We reached several of the main hikes in under 20 minutes, while parking proved difficult when we tried taking the car. Our rental was too big for the garage, but they let us use the newer parking central garage behind the hotel for free. For a family stay, the apartment gave us much more room and comfort than a hotel room with four beds, especially for a longer visit. It was clean, the staff were nice, and the woman at reception was sweet and answered all our questions. My wife also enjoyed the spa. We were given a week-long bus pass and tickets to use the ski lift whenever we wanted. We were thrilled to choose this as our home base in the Dolomites, and we'd absolutely stay again.

The parking was limited, so I had to leave the car downtown for $24 a night. There was no A/C either. On the plus side, the place was very clean, the rooms and bathroom were spacious, attractions were close by, and the price was good.

I was impressed by how welcoming and attentive the staff were, and the room felt cozy with its elegant design. The comfort, luxury, and service made a lasting impression. It was an outstanding stay, and I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Castelrotto.

The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, and the relaxation area is a lovely place too. It's close to both the bus station and city center, making it a good fit for holidays in winter or summer. The friendly, pleasant staff rounded out a very nice stay.

The lawn and playground are great, and the location makes it easy to get out for all kinds of outdoor activities. Our rooms were very clean, the beds cozy, and everything felt lovely. We were pleasantly surprised and will come back.
