Giovanna and her husband were so welcoming, kind, and ready to help. We stayed in the renovated two-story apartment with my family. It had all the comforts we needed, including a complete kitchen, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a clothesline. Having a car is a good idea, since Imperia and the beaches are only about 20 minutes away.

We loved how peaceful it was among the olive trees in Olivastri, surrounded by greenery and far from city noise. Giovanna and Andrea were kind when they welcomed us, and even shared some delicious things from their garden. Imperia is a short drive away, and the nearest supermarket takes about 10 minutes to reach by car.

The drive up to the house isn't particularly pleasant, though that's not Giovanna and her husband's fault. Once there, we found a lovely, fully equipped home and very kind, helpful hosts. They even let us try the first fruits from their garden. We'd come back.
