We really enjoyed the views, the courteous staff, and the excellent service at this quaint place. Gabrielle and the owner both took good care of us. The morning breakfast was the best I've ever had, and our host was so kind. Great value near the cruise ports. You can get to and from Rome by train in about 45 minutes for around $10. I've had a 10/10 experience and will book here again!

The food and drinks were amazing, and Simone even brought breakfast and coffee out to us on the balcony. He met us at the taxi when we arrived, helped carry our luggage into the apartment, and shared local knowledge while showing us around. Across three weeks in Europe, his service was the standout. Absolutely recommend staying at La Marina!

Our beds were comfy, the staff were welcoming, and having breakfast on the balcony was a lovely touch with that beautiful view. Since it wasn't busy, we were upgraded to a larger room with its toilet inside the room. Some rooms have a private toilet across the hallway instead. The apartment itself felt modern and lovely.

The waterfront spot is hard to beat. From right in front you can watch the ship and people passing by, with restaurants and Michelangelo’s fort in view. La Marina B & B had comfortable beds, warm water, and more snacks than we could ever eat. I'd definitely stay again if we come back to Civitaveccia.
