We stayed for two nights and had a terrible experience. A window fell onto my car in the underground parking, which cost 20 euros. The receptionist said there was no damage and that the insurance company would handle everything. Three months later, I still hadn’t received my money. When I called the owners for help with the insurer, they said they had no time, that it wasn’t their business, and insulted me. The rooms smelled bad, breakfast was mediocre, and the price was nowhere near justified by the standard or service. Avoid.

The location made everything in town an easy walk, and there’s a grocery store across the street. The simple rooms were clean and cozy, and the whole stay felt amazing and impeccable. Breakfast was the best free one we had during our trip in the area, with a great cappuccino made by the owner, who really cares about guests. The owners are a kind, caring married couple who will go out of their way to help. When they asked if we needed laundry, they even offered to take our clothes to their house and wash them. It felt like staying with family. We WILL be back, and highly recommend it.

We stayed here for two nights in October, with a night at a rifugio in between. The owners made it very easy to store our luggage while we were away. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the location was handy for getting around town. We’d definitely stay again.

I felt very comfortable here as a solo traveler and would happily return. My tour group booked the hotel for the start and end of my time in the Dolomites, and it matched what I expected from a three-star place. It’s central and within easy walking distance of everything I needed in Cortina. The bus stop is about a 20-minute walk away, though I took a taxi both ways. My room was clean, had fresh towels and a nice view, and there’s a lift. I enjoyed the breakfast choices, and the staff were very nice, especially Laura.

Emilio and his team are lovely, and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was super clean and warm, and you can walk to everything in town. Absolutely brilliant hotel, highly recommend it in Cortina.
