Check-in and checkout meant walking with our luggage to the opposite end of town. There were no full-size plates or bowls in the kitchen. The information packet mentioned a robe and complimentary spa access, but those weren’t included. The packet was for Romantik Hotel Santer, not Villa Santer. The bathtub is unsafe, with a slanted base. I slipped the first time I got in to shower.

We stayed for hiking and everything went really well. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully furnished, right in the heart of Toblach. It was very clean and quiet, and we’d love to come back.

The service was excellent, and the apartment was very nice, cozy, and warm. Good location, too.
