We had a really enjoyable stay at Casa Billi. The location is great, and the owner was so kind and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Getting around was easy from here, with the train station within walking distance and downtown close by. The host was amazing, quick to respond, helpful, and flexible. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

I've stayed at Casa Billi a few times and keep coming back. Lorenzo and his wife are so welcoming and accommodating, and I've had lovely days here. You're right in the center, with the Duomo less than five minutes away on foot and plenty of good restaurants nearby. There's also a good yoga class at yoga garage on via faenza, about two minutes away. I'll book again next time I'm in Firenze. Thanks for everything 💕

Our booking for the entire week was canceled, and we were left on the street looking for another place to stay. We had struggled to reach the owner, then spoke with Lorenzo, who I found extremely rude and unwilling to help. He said we couldn't check in and had to find somewhere else. The owner doesn't live in Florence, and if you're not certain you can arrive before 15:00, I wouldn't book here. It made for a very stressful start to our vacation. Lorenzo shouldn't call himself a host or work in hospitality. Shame on him.

Lorenzo was very helpful. The location is free. If you're after a cheap, no-frills place just to sleep, this works.
