The only downside was parking, which meant paying at a nearby car park. That's the case with most hotels in central Florence, where spaces are very limited. The location put us right in the middle of everything, and our room was lovely, clean, and air conditioned. With the heat Florence was having during our visit, that was much appreciated.

The location is really central, and the concierge was genuinely friendly. They also had plenty of good suggestions for where to eat and what to explore.

Costanza is so kind and friendly, and the rooms are gorgeous, each with its own character. The house itself is beautiful, and breakfast was excellent. It's in a magnificent spot, right in the centre of Florence's most beautiful street.
