The flat was peaceful even though parking, a supermarket, the tram, and a swimming pool were all within walking distance. Our family of four would happily come back to see more of Florence and relax here. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with two large rooms, air conditioning in the rooms and kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and a balcony. Our hostess was very welcoming and had left sweets, water, and tea for each of us.

A clean, handy flat for staying in Florence. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

The apartment was quiet, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. There was even a hairdryer in each bathroom. Tram stops nearby go straight to the station and city center. The managers were warm and helpful. The building itself could do with some renovation, though that didn’t affect the apartment.

The owner was friendly and ready to help, and the apartment had air conditioning and all the basics. Nearby there’s a Coop, a tram stop for the city center, a pharmacy, a café and ice cream shop, and a laundromat. I’d recommend it.
