The apartment was really nice, and the host was organised and supportive. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks, and the satellite Sky channels were a nice extra. The location worked well too. The small lift and dim stairway weren’t my favorite, but that was a small trade-off.

I was very dissatisfied with how our arrival was handled. Design apartment chose to cancel our booking and kept our luggage, so we had to rely on local help to get it back and find another apartment in the middle of the night. Then the next day, they charged the apartment fee to my credit card without telling me.

The location was ideal, right in the center. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking and laundry. Ambra and Lorenzo, the owners, were kind and accommodating, and Chiara was helpful too.

There’s a lot of room here, and the bed was comfortable. The furnishings look beautiful and work well. It’s a perfect location, just a two-minute walk from Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore!

Cosy place in a great spot. The manager was responsible and very professional.
