Dimora72 Luxury Rooms

We were four French couples staying together from May 13 to May 18, 2026, and Dimora 72 worked well for us, with both togetherness and independence. Our hosts welcomed us warmly and helped with taxis and restaurant suggestions. The rooms were quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal, close to Santa Crocce cathedral and the seigneurie place, as well as San Marco and Santa mariaNovela. We’re very enthusiastic about the stay and have already thought about coming back with family. Many thanks to our hosts.

I was in Florence to visit my daughter during her study abroad, and Dimora was only a three-minute walk from her apartment. My room was spacious, with a comfortable mattress and bedding. The owners were friendly and kept communication clear and timely from booking through checkout. The room was clean and tidy, and the street was relatively quiet. It was also convenient for getting around, especially to Piazza Santa Croce, where a lovely three-day market happened to be taking place during my visit. Thanks for a lovely stay at Dimora72!

Leonardo and Francesca were warm and thoughtful from our first contact, and helped me whenever they could. They really looked after me, which made a big impression. I stayed eight days at the beginning of June and loved it. Dimora72 felt like home, with a tasteful, modern design, and it was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. It’s near Santa Croce, within a ten-minute walk of most central and tourist spots. The neighborhood felt like everyday Florence, more like a discovery than a tourist trail. I’d highly recommend this charming boutique hotel and hope to return.

Clear, detailed communication was one of the strongest points of the management. We were told everything we needed to know, and Francesca struck a great balance between being helpful and friendly while staying appropriate. Their advice also took care of our need for a gluten-free diet. Francesca and Lorenzo were exceptional hosts. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, equipped with everything we wanted, and keyless entry worked very well. On our next trip to Florence, I doubt we’d stay anywhere else.
