The owner’s service was the highlight. He was very nice, accommodating with requests, and gave us helpful guidance. Our room was nice, and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel is only five minutes from Santa Maria Novella station Florence, where all the high-speed trains stop, with plenty of restaurants nearby and sightseeing spots within walking distance.

Clean rooms and a really convenient location made this a cozy place to stay. The bathroom was a little small, but the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service was great. It felt welcoming, and the price was reasonable too. ❤️

The hotel has a simple, traditional style that fits the character of the city and made the stay feel authentic. I also found the rooms and shared spaces spotless. The thoughtful, attentive service made me feel well looked after the whole time. A wonderful stay.

The family running this hotel were genuinely welcoming. My room was spotless and comfortable, and breakfast came with nicely made coffee. The location was really convenient too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Costantino, his family, and the staff made the hotel feel like a temporary home, offering tips for outings and sights. We had everything we needed in the spotless room, and breakfast was a great way to start the day. We really enjoyed our stay and Costantino's hospitality.
