The location made getting around simple: Santa Maria Novella train station is a 10-minute walk, a tram stop outside goes straight to the airport in 20 minutes, and there's also a bus stop nearby. The B&B was quiet at night, even when full, and the décor has a distinctive Florentine feel. Rooms are clean and updated, with comfortable beds and useful details like a small fridge, writing desk, and refreshed bathrooms. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Check-in and luggage storage were easy even though we arrived after hours. Breakfast looked appealing, with coffee, pastries, and spreads, but we usually missed it because we woke around 10 a.m. In my view, it's good value for couples or families wanting comfort, character, and convenience.
