Mamo Florence - Dante & Virgilio Apartments

The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher and can sleep up to four. The heating is very warm. Hot water was dependable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and there was enough of it for three people. A supermarket and bus stop are nearby. We stayed five days. At first there were only two rolls of toilet paper, nowhere near enough, but after we contacted the hotel, they brought more. There were some hassles, though: the floors were dirty, we got just one key for a four-person room, and the induction cooker took some online searching to figure out. Its flame wasn't as strong as a gas stove, and the power went out frequently. Bring your own slippers, or your feet will get incredibly dirty.

There was mold across all the walls in the room with two beds. My children are allergic, and having to sleep in those conditions was awful. I raised it with someone from the accommodation after the first night, and he promised it would be fixed that day. But when I returned in the evening, nothing had changed. The cleaning wasn't done well either, just a bit. We stayed three nights in Dante apartment.
