We booked the Botticelli room, which was clean and comfortable. It sits right beside the shared kitchen, so light sleepers might notice that, though we slept fine. Alessandro and Barbara were great hosts and helped with whatever we needed. Breakfast came from a local bakery, simple but tasty, and was ready when we got up.

The included breakfast was good, with bread or a croissant, yoghurt, and fruit. Our room was good too, and the location worked well, close to plenty of bars and restaurants while staying quiet at night. The owner was lovely, quick to reply, and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

We came back for a second stay, this time for 17 nights. The location is ideal for walking to everything Firenze has to offer, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away. Alessandro and Barbara respond right away to requests and have great recommendations for restaurants, tours, and events. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. The shared kitchen is stocked each day with fresh food, fruit, and drinks. Mila, the house manager, always greets you on arrival, so you’re never left waiting outside. We highly recommend this B&B and will book again.

From the first email, communication was wonderful. They did more than we could have asked to make our stay pleasant. We couldn’t have wanted anything more.

We spent three nights in Florence for a friend’s wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The owners sent complete information, replied quickly, and were always courteous and professional. Mila and the staff gave us a warm welcome. It’s a great spot for exploring the city on foot.
