Our favorite place in Italy. It was charming and spacious, just across the river in Florence, with great places to eat nearby. We could easily walk to both the tourist center and the train station, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Eduina is the real champ! Everyone was attentive and accommodating, and they took care with the daily room cleaning. It was a really good stay in a cozy hotel. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to come back.

We stayed three nights and had a great time. The location was convenient for walking to Florence’s main attractions, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’d stay again. During our visit, I noticed a one-star review from around the same time about someone’s car being broken into. We saw a broken window on a car outside the hotel, which I assume was the same one. The reviewer had left luggage in the car, which didn’t seem wise in Florence. I took a photo because of that. We also rented a car and left it overnight in the same lot without valuables inside, and nothing happened to ours.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Getting here from the train station was easy. Five stars from me.
