The apartment felt worn overall, and the lighting in every room could have been better. Still, we had a trouble-free five-day stay over New Year's, and it was a great deal for such a good location. Check-in details arrived well ahead of time. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washer and large drying racks was a big plus.

Very clean and comfortable, with a central spot close to the station. It can sleep six, though it feels a little cramped: two in the main bedroom, two on the mezzanine, and two on the living room sofa bed.

The flat is close to everything and has what you need for a stay. They seem committed to keeping it in good shape. The staff were unfriendly and service felt curt, though. They asked me to fill in a form two hours before my flight, including uploading passport details, just as I was about to take off without internet. That should be handled with more time. Watch out for some high thresholds, we had an accident there. The key is stiff and hard to use. Wi-Fi works in the other room but doesn't reach the bedroom with the door closed. The city tax caught us by surprise and took a bite out of our budget. It's not their fault, but Florence is expensive and that tax is a shock, so bring extra money.

It's a pleasant tourist apartment in a central location, with comfortable beds and effective heating. You can ask to leave your bags before 2 pm, which makes arrival more comfortable.
