The owner was exceptionally kind, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely heated during our Christmas stay. The value for the price was excellent. It's a great base for visiting the lovely Umbrian towns nearby.

There was plenty of space and charm here, and the B&B was so well kept that we didn't find it lacking anything. Its central location was handy, and the owner was thoughtful and attentive. A great choice in beautiful Foligno.

Foligno and the surrounding area are easy to explore from this excellent location. The night noise was a bit of a downside, though, so come prepared.

A gorgeous, bright room with plenty of space, and it's very well run. The centre is only 100 metres away, so you can get there in no time.
