The owner was so kind and helpful, and we felt welcome right away. The apartments are clean and cozy, with a great location in Genoa. We also recommend the restaurant downstairs. Thanks for the warm welcome!

Frederico was a star from the start. He worked around our check-in times, met us outside, and showed us to our room. He also had loads of useful information to help a tourist feel at home in this wonderful city. The room was huge and bright, with a big bathroom, and it had everything we needed. Even a good hairdryer, which was a treat for me. It's a no-frills hotel, but honestly, it was perfect. The location is good, just outside the old town, and it's very quiet. There are lots of restaurants nearby, plus the sweetest bakery. The bed was big, it was clean, and the price for what you get is very good. Thanks for making our stay in Genova wonderful!

The employees were really friendly and welcoming, 5/5. The location is right in the middle of everything, with the railway station just a 5-minute walk away. There’s no breakfast, but plenty of places nearby to get something to eat. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the place has an elegant feel, though it got a bit creepy at night. We didn't have our own bathroom, just one large bathroom in the hallway shared with the other guests. At night, you have to use four keys to get to your room. Our TV switched itself on in the middle of the night, which wasn't creepy at all...
