The owner made us feel welcome right away and was so kind. The rooms are kept spotless, and the quiet green hills of the lower Maremma make this a lovely place to stay, with Maremma Natural Park just a short walk away. Highly recommend it, A+++.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and they make excellent extra virgin olive oil. The garden is spacious and well cared for, with lovely views across the Maremma countryside and barbecue facilities. It’s a great spot, just five minutes from both Marina di Alberese beach and the village, and the kitchen has everything you need.

We spent two weeks in the Merlot apartment with my girlfriend, and leaving was hard. The staff were always welcoming and ready to help. Set on a hill, the farmhouse has a fantastic view, and we were blown away as soon as we arrived. I’d really recommend staying here.

The owners were so kind and welcoming, and the facilities are kept immaculate. We spent a mini-vacation at Grappoli last week and loved being surrounded by such beautiful nature. This enchanting place deserves the highest rating. We’ll be back. Enza and Rino

The people here are great, and they make really good wine. We loved the breakfast, with its top-quality products, along with the beautiful apartments and wonderful view. The pool is hard to beat. We’ll definitely come back.
