The breakfasts the owner made sent us off well for our day trips, and everyone was friendly. We spent seven nights here and found the place clean, orderly, and peaceful at every hour. It also worked well as a base for the mountains, hills, and coast: Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Macerata, and even Mount Conero were easy to reach. We’d recommend it for both the location and the warm welcome.

We were only here for a night, but the hosts made us feel welcome. The property is lovely, and the rooms are clean with tasteful furnishings. Breakfast was a real treat, with homemade food prepared with care down to the details. Porto San Elpidio is about 30 minutes away.

The family running the agriturismo were so hospitable and courteous, and breakfast was generous, with home-grown fruit, juices, and honey to try. It’s a lovely spot in lush countryside, quiet and pleasant. The recently renovated place has all the comforts and a genuinely homely feel. A holiday here is easy to recommend.

Breakfast was excellent, with local products, and the price was low and very convenient. I stayed one night and got a warm welcome. The building has been recently renovated; my room was nice and fairly clean, and the shared room where breakfast is laid out in the morning was pleasant too. There wasn’t a TV in my room, only in the living room. I noticed an antenna socket in the wall, so I imagine they may install one later.
