The only real drawback was our unit at the far right of the property. Car noise, loud music, and noise from a bottle recycling station made the terrace less enjoyable, so we didn’t spend much time there. Otherwise, the staff were extraordinarily friendly, always smiling and cheerful with everyone, and language wasn’t an issue. We got a warm welcome and could check in early. Our baby had a cot and high chair, and the units were clean, practical, and well equipped. The new pool was spotless and lovely, and the kids had a lot of fun kayaking. A few toys would be nice, and the playground could use an update: the table tennis nets are broken and there were lots of spider webs around the swings and slide. Breakfast was just right, with tasty croissants and coffee, fresh fruit, and eggs made to order. The price was fair, the restaurant recommendations were spot on, and we hope to come back. The road really wasn’t a problem for us, we couldn’t hear it at the pool or in the apartment. The views of the mountains are beautiful, and the location is great, close to both the lake and Iseo. Clean apartments, comfy beds, a nice pool, and lots of activities, with the facilities kept in very good shape. Staff were service minded, the owners friendly, and electric charging was available at a reasonable rate.

The views around the lake are a must, and there’s everything the whole family needs here. The rooms are spotless, all the staff are lovely, and this won’t be my first visit. Amazing place.

The resort is beside a fairly busy road, so you can hear it, though it wasn’t very loud and we didn’t mind much. My main complaint is the rubbish setup: we were asked to sort the trash but only had two bins, then had to take it to the end of the park ourselves. Since the 65 euro cleaning charge is included in Booking prices, I’d appreciate easier sorting and a simpler way for the cleaning staff to dispose of it. It’s pricier than other hotels and apartments, but we thought it was worth it. The family owned resort has modern, spacious apartments and very friendly owners and staff. Check in was easy in English. The owner drove us to our apartment in a golf cart, and took some of our luggage to the entrance while we followed in our car and parked by the apartment block. We had a separate bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, though as usual we needed our own olive oil, herbs, coffee, and food. The bedroom had a small walk in closet. There was a sofa bed and a little table with four chairs. The leather sofa bed was steep and not very comfortable for sitting, though otherwise it seemed fine and would probably be okay to sleep on. Outside there was a small area with a table, four chairs, and a drying rack. The modern bathroom was spacious, but had no hooks for hanging clothes. The air conditioning was set to 25 degrees by default, but we could lower it, and that was cool enough. The pool was refreshing, not too deep, and had a kiddy pool beside it. There were quite a lot of loungers around it. At the bar you could order drinks and some food, including pasta dishes. They gave us a non alcoholic welcome drink, with no choice, and breakfast was served there too. It was a buffet, though staff served the food rather than letting guests help themselves. Eggs could be ordered in different styles, and coffee and tea were available. Bikes, kayaks, and water bikes were free to borrow, with life jackets at reception. There was also a playground, volleyball court, and table tennis, with bats at reception. We brought our own SUP boards, and could borrow life jackets if we wanted. It was easy to reach the lake by going down the small stream. Overall, a great little resort.
