My wife and children were aggressively shouted at to “MOVE NOW!” from a sunbed, even though they'd offered to pay. The two young men involved wore Hotel Napoleon shirts. There was no courtesy, just aggression, and their behavior toward women seemed especially hostile and intimidating. I arrived just in time, and I can't imagine what might have happened if they had carried on unchecked. This was a shocking and humiliating experience. Conduct like that has no place in hospitality, and it points to a serious failure in staff selection and training. Letting people with no education, self-control, or basic manners represent the hotel is beyond unprofessional. It's dangerous. I took photos of them and will escalate this if needed. If Hotel Napoleon wants to maintain its reputation, it needs to address this immediately.

We came back to the Napoleon Hotel after two years and were completely satisfied again. The service, friendly staff, hotel location, cleanliness, and everything else made our stay enjoyable. Thank you for making our vacation better. We already know we'll definitely return.

I expected Lido di Jesolo to be dull and thought I wouldn't want to return. I chose it because I was attending a wedding in Venice and decided to extend my time in the area. After this short vacation at hotel Napoleon, though, I can imagine coming back with pleasure. The price was very competitive for the convenient location, amenities, and overall value. My clean single room was spacious enough, including the bed, and had a decent sea view. I also loved the old-school key with its heavy tag. Leaving it at reception meant I could go to the beach carefree. The hotel has its own private beach, where there was always a free sunbed. The staff greeted me warmly, and small touches like candy on arrival and free daily lunch were much appreciated. The highlight was the owner, a classy lady, who insisted her son drive me to the bus station, an easy walk of under ten minutes. Thank you, and warm wishes from Armenia!

We had a very pleasant week by the sea, and will definitely return. This family hotel is run with all its heart. The staff were always smiling and ready to fulfill our wishes, and the whole place is tastefully furnished and naturally very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the sea are free, and there are plenty of bicycles available at no charge. The pool was nice and clean too, with lots of trees and flowers all around. Thank you!

Mario and the staff made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. They were always around with advice or a friendly smile, and you can tell this is family-run. Don't miss the complimentary lunch, it was delicious on the lovely terrace. I asked for a kettle and they kindly brought one. When I was running late, they even drove me to the bus station. Such a charming, quirky hotel. I'd return in a heartbeat. Thank you : )
