The dining room has windows all around, so we could enjoy the mountain views with our meals. The food was fabulous, and the transport service worked quite well. Our rooms were lovely, too, with beautiful mountain views. We spent a week at the family-run Lorenzetti hotel. Signora Silvana, the owner, came by our table each morning and evening to check that everything was OK. When we left on our final day, she gave us homemade cakes for the trip. She was so sweet. It was a lovely experience, and we hope to return. Thank you, Silvana, with love from the Poggi family!

This charming hotel gave me one of the best stays of my life. The staff deliver a high standard of service and take care of the details, and the owner even sent me off with a homemade cake as a farewell gift. Everything I expected was there. See you next year 😊

After a day skiing, we really enjoyed having the hotel spa to relax in. The staff were warm and friendly, and made us feel welcome while taking care of everything we needed. The location worked well for our ski holiday. There’s plenty of parking, and the shuttle promptly takes you to and from the lifts or into town whenever you need it. We were lucky to choose this charming place, and I hope to come back next year for the same experience. 10/10.

The on-call shuttle was a great surprise. It would pick me up in Madonna or at the different Madonna ski lifts, and Senora Lorenzetti really goes above and beyond to make your holiday the best it can be. Her attention to detail is terrific. The food was very good, and I’d highly recommend this hotel. I’ll be back with friends. If you’re there in March, the Hapsburg Carnivals Emperer's Ball is a must-attend event.

We’re coming back next year. The owner was around throughout our stay, and all the staff were excellent and friendly, from the front desk and restaurant to the bar, driver, and cleaners. It’s a beautiful, classic hotel, and the restaurant serves some of the best food in the resort, really authentic Italian cooking.
