The owner was very kind and helpful, and I’ll definitely return. The apartment is new, beautifully finished, and only a few minutes from central Matera. The kitchen has what you need for breakfast, the new mattress is very comfortable, and the large bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Parking was easy, and the house is very comfortable for four people. It’s in an excellent spot for exploring Matera’s wonderful Sassi.

The woman who runs the place was wonderful, professional, and very helpful. It’s quiet and clean, and not too far from the center. Recommended!

Everything was in place for a pleasant stay and a visit to Matera, about 15 minutes away on foot. The apartment has been renovated and furnished with new things.
