My fiancé and I had a lovely stay in this cozy little house. Gianfranco was incredibly kind and helpful, and his wife had baked us a delicious small cake to welcome us. Thanks, Gianfranco. We'll be back soon, and I'd recommend the place to anyone.

The parking nearby was handy, and we got plenty of useful advice about where to eat in central Matera. The owners welcomed us and supplied everything we needed, including breakfast and toiletries. We stayed for a few days and had a great time. See you next time!

We were given helpful tips about parking, restaurants, and things to see by Mr. Gianfranco, who was very friendly. The place was lovely and kept in great shape, with spotless rooms and sheets and towels that smelled wonderful. I'd happily recommend it and come back.

The refrigerator was well stocked, and there was seasonal fruit, grapes, peaches, and apples, as well as chocolate cake. The vacation home is new, lovely, comfortable, fully equipped, and exceptionally clean. It's a good fit for families. Gianfranco shared links with information on places to see, parking, and restaurants. Da Paolangelo was excellent. If I'm back in Matera, I'll contact Mr. Gianfranco first to see if the house is available. Thanks!
