The kitchen and room were in great condition, and the floors have heating. There’s a safe parking lot and a good supermarket nearby. Everything was neat and clean.

Brand new apartment, kept really clean and tidy. Gated parking and coffee are included, and the bed is extremely soft and comfortable.

The host made the stay especially easy. He walked us through everything and suggested places to eat and tours worth checking out, and was incredibly friendly. The apartment is about 3 km from Matera's center, so it's peaceful and a good place to unwind. Inside, there's a roomy bedroom with a comfortable bed and wardrobe, plus a sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a kitchen that opens onto a terrace. It was superbly equipped. We'd happily return.

There are supermarkets and other useful places nearby, and on Saturday morning a local market sets up just steps away. The place was clean and welcoming, with good connections. We had a wonderful vacation.
