Alessia's Flat Portello 3

The location is good, but that's about all I liked. When I walked in, I wondered if they'd given me the wrong apartment because it looked so different from the photos. The furniture is falling apart, the couch has faded from red to orange, and the walls are black. The bathroom is extremely worn, and the only window has no screen. The lights are dim, maybe to hide the dirt. The mattress is soaked, and the neighbors are so noisy and close that they seem to live in the same apartment. It may be cheap, but it just isn't good enough.

I'm staying here until August 31st, and I really wouldn't recommend this place. I wanted to give zero stars, but couldn't. For the price, this is the worst Airbnb I've experienced. The apartment needs a thorough clean and repainting. It was still just as dirty after the cleaning staff came, even though they were sent as the best available on the cleaners' recommendation. They had to come back the next day to do I don't know what. The bathroom was leaking, and nobody showed the slightest interest. The person managing the apartment was rude and even tried to kick me out the day before, despite my having paid for the whole month.

Just to clarify, my apartment with Alessia's flat was Michetti 3, not Portetto 3. It wasn't very clean, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet paper roll was nearly empty, and there were no napkins or other useful supplies. There was a TV, but no remote, so we didn't use it. We called and were told one would be brought the next day, but it never arrived.

The place was dirty, and the photos didn't match reality.
