The apartment was filthy and nothing like the clean place we thought we were booking from the photos on Booking.com. We waited 30 minutes to check in, and they said we hadn't been answering on WhatsApp. Once inside, the dirt was awful. The walls were filthy, everything looked old, and it seemed like the place hadn't been renovated or cleaned in a long time. The painting over the table nearly fell on my head, and the chairs were impossible to sit on. Someone had thrown up on the blanket. The shower stall was tiny, like it was made for a very skinny gnome. The table was badly scorched, and we couldn't use the stove for three days. The sofa in the living room collapsed under a suitcase. It was disgusting to sleep there, let alone stay. The listing said it was non-smoking, but the scorched table made that hard to believe. I'll attach a photo of this fake apartment below. Don't get caught by the photo like we did. My friend was celebrating her birthday and wanted somewhere beautiful and comfortable in central Milan, but this place is far from the center.
