The staff, safety, cleanliness, and location all get a 10/10 from me. My stay was really pleasant, with a quiet room, very good wifi, and a fairly comfortable bed. I’d happily return and pay more if they made a few small changes, though I don’t think the room’s features and amenities quite qualify as four-star yet. The shower floods the floor and has nowhere to put toiletries. There’s no soap dish, so the bar gets replaced every day. The pillows and bedding are thin, and the thermostat doesn’t seem to do anything. The WC motion light lasts just five seconds, I timed it, so you’re left in the dark unless you keep flailing your legs on the toilet. Breakfast is served with care, and the service is wonderful, but it didn’t feel worth the price. If you need much nutrition, you’re better off eating elsewhere: it’s a pot of yogurt, thank goodness, and sugary sweets. These seem like easy fixes.
