Breakfast was good for 5€. Some rooms have no windows, so ask reception if you need one. I asked and they changed my room at no extra cost. The replacement had a good-sized window, though there was no fridge or balcony.

The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was clean. There was some traffic noise, but otherwise it was peaceful, and the staff were polite and friendly. I stayed one night with a friend during a short Milan break, and we were both happy with the place. It’s a little farther from the centre than we’d expected, though walking is fine if you don’t mind it. The price was reasonable, so I have no complaints.

We paid 270 euros for three nights, and it really wasn't worth it. The photos online suggest a modern, clean hotel, but our tiny room was the opposite: grimy, with worn furniture and barely enough room to open our luggage. Everything looked badly outdated. The bathroom was the worst part. Rust on the fixtures, cracked tiles, and mold in the corners made it seem like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a long time. When we raised the room's condition with staff, they seemed indifferent and offered no help or solution, just shrugged. One of my worst hotel stays. I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere and saving your money.

The espresso was a pleasure, and the staff were polite and respectful. I was extremely satisfied with this hotel.
