I picked Hostel 3 Milano for a week this time, even though I usually try different places when I visit Milan. I live in Cologne in western Germany, and this isn't my first trip here. The stay left me pleasantly impressed. The managers were easy to reach and quick to help with questions, and the prices are very reasonable for Milan. The hostel isn't in the center, but getting there is simple on a direct metro line, just a few stops away. I care a lot about cleanliness and have places to compare it with. Here, the rooms, showers and bathrooms were kept clean, with cleaning done daily. The renovation looked fresh, the beds were new and the mattresses comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which mattered in Milan's May heat, and there were fans in the rooms too. I’ll most likely stay here again on my next Milan trip. Wishing Hostel 3 Milano lots of good guests and continued success.

I’ve stayed at other hotels run by this family, and they’re amazing people who really care about their guests and go out of their way for them. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Milan. It's a clean, well located place, and they’re great at sharing recommendations and tips for getting around Milano. It’s a family business run by Pietro, an honest, cultured, multilingual man. He’s attentive, well educated and takes excellent care of his guests. If you want a good deal on a great hotel, stay here, you won’t regret it. Some of the reviews are from the old owners. For me, it’s a five star hotel every time.

We spent five days here in May and got lucky, despite seeing some mixed reviews. The hosts are nice people trying to keep the place up, and our rooms and bathrooms were clean. The terrace is a nice spot to hang out, and we had neighbors who were generally fine, though there was some noise. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, but a few made an unpleasant sound when you moved. I think they do that on purpose to keep the mattresses clean. Location is the best part: shops and cafes are close, and the subway goes straight to the Duomo.

I've stayed at this hostel twice now. The rooms are tidy, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the toilets are clean. The showers have really good water pressure. It never felt overcrowded, and I never had to wait for a toilet. The reception team are lovely and will suggest places to visit while trying to meet your needs. The location's convenient, in a nice residential area not far from central Milan, with lots of shops and cafes for food and drinks. I'd definitely recommend it, and hopefully I'll be back soon xx

We needed somewhere for my husband and me to stay for a wedding, close to the venue but still central, and this worked perfectly. It’s a small family run business with top notch service, in a good location and with everything we needed for a short stay. Thanks for being so kind, Pietro. We’ll be back!
