La Casaccia

It's a shame about the stay, because the location is great. In the days before arrival, the number on the reservation was only answered by email, not by phone. The house was cold when we arrived, around 18 degrees Celsius, and the sofa bed had been made up because, we were told, the previous booking had been for four people. We were also told those guests should have set the temperature. Bathrobes and dressing gowns were listed as included, but there weren't any. We asked for other things, like Schuko outlets and basic condiments, and didn't receive them.

The house itself is beautiful and spacious, but the beds were filthy. Housekeeping needs attention: there were two dirty towels and leftover food from previous guests. We were charged for extra sheets only after we'd booked and paid. Reception is open just from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. There's definitely room to improve.

The apartment is poorly managed. The electrical system is a concern, there's mold in the bathroom, and the kitchen lacks basic things. Check-in after 7.00 pm comes with extra charges for check-in, cleaning, and washing towels, which I've never encountered elsewhere. Pay attention to your arrival time.

Getting to the metro from the apartment was so easy, and the place itself was excellent. The bathroom was the drawback: it was tiny, the toilet was right next to the tub, and the shower door was broken.
