The location made it easy to get to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions, and I felt safe with the comfortable beds and secure storage. The rooms and shared areas were clean and well maintained, with a social atmosphere and really good vibes. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations or questions. Great value for money. I'd definitely stay again, and highly recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable, friendly place.

I’m really, really glad I picked this hostel. The location is great, about five minutes from Loreto metro, which is 10 minutes from Milano Centrale train station and 20 minutes from the Duomo. There are lots of supermarkets nearby. The facilities are pretty complete, with a kitchen guests can use for free, including dishes, a microwave, and all sorts of things. The bathroom was great, with soap and nicely warm water. There are lockers in the rooms and a 24-hour reception. Everyone at reception was super nice. I talked with four employees, and every one of them was lovely. Special mention to the gentleman who let us stay a little longer in the living room because another guest and I were having a great time, even though he had to wait for us. And Tuta, the nice young lady working in the morning when I checked out, was so kind and kept smiling, making sure I was comfortable. There’s also a beautiful terrace where you can get some fresh air and relax. If I make this trip again, it has to be this hostel.

I stayed five nights, and the location was great. The hostel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, with the rooms and toilets cleaned daily, and our bedsheets changed every day. I’d book here again. The Wi-Fi barely worked in the room. Small towels on the floor would also help, so people could wipe up after showering. The staff clean the toilets every day, but the next person leaves the floor messy because there’s no towel to clean up with. The bed blanket was very thin, and its texture didn’t feel good against my skin. If they changed those things, it would be 10/10. Good.

The metal bed frame creaks when you move, so the person below can feel or hear it. The location is great, with the subway two minutes away and the train station accessible too. The host was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cool.
